Bleu Cheese Butter
5 oz bleu cheese
3 oz softened butter
2 tsp parsley, finely chopped
FleurT Bleu Cheese Salt and pepper to taste
In a bowl, crumble the bleu cheese and mix with butter.
Season with FleurT Bleu Cheese Salt and pepper to taste.
In plastic cling wrap, shape bleu cheese butter into a log, and roll to seal.
Refrigerate butter for a minimum of 30 mins, then slice for use.
